About Us

This website is under ongoing development by volunteers

Welcome to the website of the St Hilda’s Ukulele group
We are based in Hythe, Kent, and meet weekly on a Monday evening between 19:30 and
21:00 – with informal “afters” in the ground floor bar at the Royal British Legion Club.

All ages and abilities are welcome, however, minors should be accompanied by a
responsible adult.

We enjoy playing our ukes and singing.
We have no formal lessons, but members are more than willing to assist with learning
chords, fingering, and strumming.

On our “external links” page you will find an app to help you learn the fret board

You can click this link to hear an MP3 of part of our
theme tune St Hilda’s Ukulele Band – it may sound familiar!

Some browsers and harware may not be able to play this format, however, this may work

Feel free to blog us, or contact the group through our contact form.
